Blade Runners of Harmarville

Our Basic Skills and Snowball Tots Programs provide instruction on ice skating fundamentals to all ages of skaters.  We utilize the Ice Skating Institute (ISI) weSKATE skill development program that is internationally recognized and defines basic skills in the following levels: Tots 1, 2, 3, 4 (for skaters 3 to 5 years of age); Pre-Alpha, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta.

Our Learn to Figure Skate Program provides skates desiring to further develop their basic skills with figure skating elements necessary for freestyle, ice dancing, field moves, pair skating, and synchronized skating.

Our goal is to provide a positive and rewarding learning environment for all those interested in pursing the enjoyment that ice skating sports offer.

The Learn to Skate Basic Skills Program provides instruction to skaters ages 4 through adult in the basic skills necessary to ice skate safely, and the initial skills needed before advancing to figure skating or ice hockey.  Group classes are divided into skill levels utilizing the Ice Skating Institute's weSKATE curriculum.

Helmets are required for Tot level skaters and are strongly recommended for all skaters.  Gloves or mittens are required for all skaters.

CLASSES RUN CONTINUALLY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!
Students are welcome to enroll though out the program session, space permitting, and the fee will be prorated accordingly for the total number of classes remaining in the session.
Program Includes:

• 30-minute Instructional Class
• Free Admission to the Public Skating Session immediately following the class for additional practice time
• Skate Rental if needed

The Snowball Tots Learn to Skate Program provides instruction to preschool skaters ages 3 - 5.  Learning through fun and games, tots are taught the proper way to fall, get up, skate forward, backward, glide and stop; preparing them for more advanced skating skills. 

Helmets, gloves or mittens are required for all skaters.

CLASSES RUN CONTINUALLY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!

• 10-minutes of supervised practice time
